High pres over the offshore waters will build toward the California coast tonight through sun. Low pres will deepen along the California coast Mon through Tue. The pres gradient between the offshore high and the inland low will strengthen Tue and Wed...and will result in stronger north winds in the outer waters north of Cape Mendocino.
